- Social Inequality
Feng received his MPhil degree in Management Sciences and his PhD degree in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources. His research focuses on understanding the role of morality, particularly moral virtue, in shaping social inequalities. He has published sole-authored or first-authored articles in Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Personality and Social Psychology Review, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings. Feng teaches Organizational Behaviour and Experimental Design.
