Katrina received her MSc degree in work and organisational psychology, and her PhD degree in Organisational Behaviour. Her research focuses on how co-worker social interaction, especially helping interaction, influences employees’ performance and psychological well-being. Her work on co-worker helping interaction has been published in outlets including the Academy of Management Journal and Organisational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes. She is currently serving on the editorial review board of the Journal of Managerial Psychology, and won the Outstanding Reviewer Award in 2017.
